 Cancellation Policy

Due to the size and nature of my business, late cancellations have a dramatic impact. To protect the health of my small business, the following cancellation policy is enforced:

As an appointment is a reservation of my time, I respectfully ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations AND rescheduling.

If you cancel with more than 48 hours’ notice, you can receive a refund of your booking deposit or have it applied to a rescheduled visit.

Cancellations OR requests to reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, but more than 24 hours’ notice, will incur a $50 fee.

Cancellations OR requests to reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the rate for the appointment booked.

If you request to shorten the length of your booked appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, you are still responsible for the full payment of the originally booked session length.

Repeated cancellations OR rescheduling, even with more than 48 hours’ notice, may result in termination from this practice, or a non-refundable prepayment required to book any future appointments.

No-shows will not be permitted to rebook.

A valid credit card must remain on file to reserve your appointment(s). Established clients may contact me to book instead of booking online, but if you have not had an appointment in the past 90 days, a 50% payment deposit will be required to reserve your appointment.

If you are less than 30 minutes late to your appointment, you are welcome to stay and receive treatment for the remainder of the prescheduled time for 100% of the service fee. If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, and you will be charged 100% of the service fee.

 If you are unable to make your appointment, you are not permitted to send someone in your place, unless it is an established client I have previously worked with.

If you are feeling ill with an appointment approaching, please inform me as soon as possible. If you show up sick to your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled, and you will be charged 100% of the service fee.

In addition to this cancellation policy, any inappropriate solicitation will result in the immediate termination of your session, 100% service fee billed, and a police report filed.
