Postural Restoration Initial Assessments

Are you curious about Postural Restoration, but don’t have the capacity for multiple sessions right now? Depending on your goals, many clients can get a lot out of just one session!

If you’re looking to level up your recovery game, know that during an initial assessment, we can dive into:

  • Techniques that allow you to INDEPENDENTLY address common complaints like minor low back pain, hamstring tightness, and limited shoulder range of motion

  • How to shift from sympathetic (“fight or flight”) to parasympathetic (“rest and digest”) mode quickly, so you can walk away from your workout feeling refreshed and restored (and likely get some better sleep!)

  • How to manage your unique compensation patterns to get your lifts feeling smoother and your daily activities more comfortable

Let’s keep expectations realistic - if you’ve got persistent, debilitating pain, it’s definitely going to take more than one session to sort that out.

However, plenty of my massage clients are great candidates for a one-timer. I’m talking about the people who always say their low back has been feeling a little tense, or their shoulders feel tight when they’re under the barbell, or they’ve got a stressful job and need a strategy to bring it down a notch at the end of the day. PRI is for you, too!

Shoot me an e-mail at jamie@jamiepearsonlmt.com if you’d like to find out if a one time assessment could suit your goals!
